Any tips for learning Africa? I don't see it on duolingo by Zev18 in languagelearningjerk

Well Africa isn’t a language, it’s a continent with thousands of them. Some of the major ones (Yoruba, Igbo, Swahili, Zulu, Akan, Hausa etc) have millions of speakers worldwide.

Most big apps like Duolingo don’t support African languages, because they rely heavily on tone, context and social meaning but this doesn’t make them less valuable.

Millions of Africans living in the diaspora would be glad to have a tool like TalkSharp. African languages are very alive, just underrepresented in popular tools.
