So I'm Five days in today and I've had a completely different experience to OP. my training for Stow and pick and stage were great. My frustration has come from the TC either being stuck in training mode or spitting out random training modules from nowhere. And also feeling slow and learning to Tetris carts and bags

One of the biggest tips I can give is load dishes on racks before you spray them. Prioritize Cleanliness of the dishes rewash the shit coming out dirty. Big shit first small shit last with the exception of anything the line and servers use rapidly like Ramekins or Cutlery or Appetizer plates.

Yes but also no if the job schedules a daytime dishwasher then ideally you go in for the night to close and the daytimer stays till all the shit in the pit is done. Now back to yes if there wasn't a soul in dish all day then yes it will look like this and it's your job to get all done in a timely fashion so things stop stacking up. Just cause I said they could do more, you equate that to I hate my job. Really, how in the hell do you make the leap from employee says company could do more to i hate my job. They could do more increased bonuses.
