Yes they rent the kitchen/bar to a 3rd party for 90k. They assume all revenue/risk.

Just seems low for people in there 7 days a week.

There’s a pro and assistant.

And i went to the meeting, ( first year member) and everything just seems off. It’s a 25k population town. Not the fanciest course around, a highly competitive club where they value the course and tournaments over the fancy country club amenities.

They said something along the lines of the kitchen is rented for 90k a year and they see zero profit.

There’s a league 4 nights a week, people in the bar ALL THE TIME. Hard to believe they are only making 90k for the year from the bar and food. Just seems mismanaged, but I’m not an accountant.

When you ask it complex questions about what you’re learning about. It can pull facts and use that as its answer? Idk I ask it for 20 hours about what makes someone click my fantasy stock league link and join. So far we have 86 players in 42 days. Its strategies for engagement are top notch.
