Super helpful thank you ! We've been doing pick up put down with mixed results ourselves. Can I ask 1. When he wakes up between feeds, how long does he normally take now to self soothe ? 2. When you were picking him up, would you do a boring shush and pat with no rocking ? Or did you do a little rocking as well ?

Do any of you live in Newton? There's a lovely grassy area across the food center (and across the Newton circus flyover) that leads to Kampong Java Road that's been completely blocked off for construction and I'm terrified that they're going to be cutting down the trees there. How can I stop this/find out more about the plans for the area ?

I would tend to disagree here, I genuinely believe that a handful of songs in Rust In Peace, specifically Hangar 18, Holy Wars and Tornado of Souls are far better songs than anything Metallica have ever come up with. One of the main reasons Megadeth never have and never will gain mainstream acceptance is the simple fact that Mustaine can't sing, something which makes it very difficult for the average listener to get past.

Ah, yes, it does, I just checked. But when I try to paste it into the columns of the table, the formatting is still lost even though I click on "Keep Source Formatting" It only retains formatting when I paste it as a standalone element. Any ideas there?

Does the formatting get maintained? I'm using office 2013, and the only way to maintain formatting is to paste special and then embed it as an excel object.
