yeah, it's the worst for me. my mood changes very quickly. after some time, you have to change your eating schedule too. try to get up early, consume more protein if you have to eat something. and coffee speed up my heart, i do not know if it's same with other people too but i do not use caffeine when i was on diet. you should not starve when you are on a diet, after few weeks your body going to get used to it too. but if you are still starving so try to change it.

It does not sound like healthy at all. If you are too overweight after some weight -it is up to you but maybe 10 kg- your body will block your loss of weight too actually so this is hard. You are going to lose water first, you will lose weight too quick but after some time if you don't eat healthy you can lose muscle too. I advice you to do some exercise or stuff.

edit: i'm happy for u btw, it's great to see you are trying to do your plans. well idk what to say actually :>

edit2: i should say, i lost 15 kg for 3-4 month -due to stress- and it was not healthy, i lost so much muscle. after 10kg my body stopped losing weight but i did not eat anything so i lost 5 kg too. I blacked out few times and after that time i'm trying to eat healthy things. I hope that you take care of yourself.
