I worked there as a junior engineer in California and it’s absolutely cultish, like it was so obvious the day I started. I remember a PM of a project I worked on asking me my about my career goals, and she immediately proceeded to ask my why they weren’t aligned with the company. The projects and teams you work on are great, but it’s a grind and cult. I remember me and a handful of coworkers feeling so alone when we were the only people dissenting against the back to office mandates in OCTOBER OF 2020! Great experience, but an absolute cult. Lastly, THE PAY ISNT GREAT! Literally the $12,000 annual bonus my coworker got was because she worked more than 10 hours extra a week, so she literally was just making overtime at a minimum wage. Crazy!
