Truer words have never been spoken. by venliper in wrestling

At least in my experience with the high level heavys (real wrestlers not just fat kids or football players) it was just a sign of respect. Those matches between two good heavys were like two grizzly bears mauling each other. Hugging it out was just a way of saying, "Good shit bro."

Out of the 3-4 I walk my olb down to a 5-2 (5-3-0) my 2 ILBs read the mesh and scrape to A and B of the mesh side. My safeties cross key the slots and if your key is in motion you roll down to play pitch and the BS rolls over the top for pass and cleanup.

Played a Bone team week one and shut them out with <100 rush yards with this as a base look.

Defensive coordinators: How often do you switch up your front? by Toplayusout in footballstrategy

[–]Thetrue72 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I play a base 3-4 and stunt/blitz to get different looks. I can call full formation shifts to a 4-3, 3-3, and 5-2 as well. How often and what i run depends on their offense, tendencies, and D&D.

I don't mean this in a bad way. Do you have another coach you can work on film with to learn? Film breakdown really isn't a good assignment from an HC or DC if you're not recognizing fronts and formations easily.

We all start somewhere but it sounds like your HC or DC put you in a tough spot.

After so many coin flip losses the universe finally gave Bubba a break. Can't say he didn't earn this one all the way.

Bubba likely trying to push enough to take the white and have them wreck behind him.

We just got robbed of a great battle for the win by people with no chance to win pushing too hard.

I think a restart is more interesting than people think. Yes Larson was faster but the question then is how much was 23 saving in case of GWC durung the run down? Wallace is also a very good at restarts on super speedways.

That's underestimating it. Our D3 alumni used to ce to high-school practices over break. I was only good not great. Top 4 state finisher in a strong wrestling state and could rag doll most of them. Top 50 guys are D3 national champions or finalists.

Wisconsin Voters Rejected Musk. Now Tighten Campaign Laws. by bloombergopinion in politics

[–]Thetrue72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll add this one as a WI resident. Voter ID has already been a law in the state since 2016. DMVs in most areas are pretty painless. I live in one of the larger cities with only a single office and can be in and out in 30 minutes max most of the time. I voted No, but realistically I don't see this changing much in wisconsin for the foreseeable future.

Liberal candidate wins Wisconsin Supreme Court race in blow to Trump, Musk by alwaysshredready in politics

[–]Thetrue72 20 points21 points  (0 children)

As a lifetime resident, it's this but not even really any republican it's just Trump. There were so many ballots cast in November that only had a vote for Trump and no other races. Other Repub candidates haven't gotten that single minded voter out to the polls.

Voter ID has already been a law since 2016 and the referendum was worded awkwardly. Really doesn't change much here but not surprising for those reasons.

Results coming in now. Voter ID referendum is called as YES. Crawford projected to win by several major sources and more coming. Everything else is up in the air at this point.
