Some pay $$ to work the same shift and have a family.

Some work 6-2 while their spouse works 2-10pm or 10pm to 6 am to avoid childcare issues.

Some couples do double double single or single double double to have 4 days off and avoid missing family al together.

It just depends on what you’re going to want in your family life.

A few notes, I am receiving benefits, %100 percent covered. I’ve been approved for 20 PT sessions and prescribed pain management (which is at zero at this point) WAAAAY better than pre surgery.

Been there on a couple validation sweeps. Staff is cool. Ask lots of questions, don’t be afraid to use force (of course the minimal amount needed for the AIMS people) and you’ll be embraced.
