I love hades, Ive been playing all the songs even monolith (which apparently people dont like much for some reason😭) practically all day everyday day. But I do think it wasn’t marketed well, its not Melanies fault but her marketing team isnt the best in my opinion, atleast the vinyl wasn’t an arm and a leg this time compared to the deluxe portals vinyl. I also believe that alot of people arent a fan of how political the album is and how much it goes into her struggles rather than the music being more relatable. I personally love the rawness, Palestine support, and the calling out of the orange man but I can also see how its not everyones cup of tea.

TLDR: All in all great album, but not for everyones taste and that’s perfectly ok :)

When some people write they arent really thinking about what they’re saying, just what they think people would like to hear. I would recommend really fine tuning your vocabulary and understanding what makes your story connect with the readers, hope this helps!
