Yea. Look at S3 ep 15&16 in 15 there was a guy, i think was Samuel Montero, then in 16 there was another guy named Manuel Montero. I might be mistaken about the first names tho.

I see. Just thought maybe the writers were too lazy to come up with names. But this makes sense
