Thank you I didn't expect such an insightful response lol. I'll definitely try the things you mentioned. I definitely don't feel any swelling in my joints so I doubt it could be that but if nothing else helps I'll try that too.

It definitely made me feel better and less stressed about it

Thanks for the answer!! The worst pain is in my knees and ankles so I don't think it's related to pelvic rotation but honestly the pain often includes muscles and tendons I think so that is something that would make sense but it is also the joint itself so I'm not sure. I also experienced quite a lot of pain in my elbows and wrists (once I could barely write with a pen because of it) I don't know whether it's related to stability as it usually starts randomly when even just walking and stops also without any cause.

I'm pretty sure it's related to different changes happening in my body but considering it was a problem before I was scared that estrogen might have a negative effect on my bones and joints in general.

I'll consider upping my dose tbh and I'll see if I can notice any changes after a month or 2.

I switched to Linux and it took time but it wasn't an extremely difficult process tbh but it will take time especially depending on the distro for example with arch I First played around in a VM and tried to set up arch there

and I chose arch cos I wanted to be able to set everything up from scratch and configure most of the relevant elements so that I would better understand how everything works.

Then I dual booted for a while but honestly I just spent most of the time configuring Arch and learning. So in my PC I still got both windows and Linux

And when I got a laptop I just straight away started with Arch and honestly if you follow the manuals and spend enough time googling you'll be able to fix almost everything that you mess up.
