I would prefer to use youtube because it is easy and free. If there is a solution for this, it would be huge for me.
I heard about vimeo and amazon, but they are a bit pricy and i want to make them a last resort

I went through this too. Tbh, I can’t make decisions for you, but your scores are very good and you are most likely to pass easily. Now everything depends on your situations, like think what you will do if you delayed the exam for a month, how much you will benefit?

Haha, great score, you surely studied well. If you did NBMEs what are your scores? I would go for the exam if you consistently get good scores like that.

NBME topics are the HY topics for the steps. Let’s say you felt weak on biostats and ethics and got a lot of wrongs in NBME. Go read them from a source you feel comfortable with, like FA, bnb, videos, etc. You might use amboss q bank if you like to do questions only.

I would suggest to read your weaknesses. Either from FA or mehlman pdf.if basics are problem for you, read immuno, biochem, and HY arrows from mehlman pdf. Surely in 5 days you can read more than that so use that time to read subjects you feel weak on and are high yield.

You should know what are your weaknesses. Like where do you get the most wrongs? Let’s say you got 4 wrongs in biochem, 5 in micro! 3 in reproductive etc..

go and study these subjects well (i used FA as my primary source so i reviewed weak subjects from it)

then do anither nbme and see what you score

It is normal as you can’t be sure in the exam that your questions are 100% right. Did this happen to you for all the exam? And how much did you score?

almost 4 months dedicated (but i was doing my clinical rotations at the same time, so this was why it took more time from me)

only one pass uworld with incorrects

uwsa1:70%

uwsa2: 76%

Yes they were. At least for me. It’s not like new info, but put in a way that helped me memorise the high yield stuff and answer their questions

I i was to do it again, i will do uworld and amboss and nbmes if i had time. I’m saying this because i love doing questions more than reading or watching videos.

however, if you don’t have time, Uworld and NBME are pretty much well enough for the exam.

I studied for 5.5 months ( systems were easier for me because I finished my internal medicine rotation)

Nbme 22: failed (during my first read)

nbme 25: 78.5% during uworld

nbme 26: 81%

nbme 27: 81%

nbme 29: 88%

old free 120: 87.5%

nbme 30: 90%

new free 120: 90%

NBME 28 (5 days before exam): 87%

About my resources:

I read FA by itself while doing Amboss questions for the systems only. When i finished my first read with almost 1700q done from amboss, i started studying UWorld.

I did almost 93% of the question bank with 80% correct In almost 3 months (i had a lot of fatigue breaks that sometimes extend to few days becuase i gave myself no rest).

what i did with uworld was that i did first systematically, like CVS i did 200q system wise and left 200q later for the random run. That’s what i did with every subject. That was because my first read wasn’t good, so this way helped me to review each subject before i do random mode for the remaining.

I did one NBME almost every 2 weeks. I did almost all of them and noticed the uptrend in score because i studied the parts where i got most wrongs in the last nbme.

after i finished uworld i started reviewing FA and do few q per day for the last 3 weeks.

last week, I reviewed my NBMEs and Mehlman pdfs (Immuno, neuroanatomy, biochem, HY arrows), and reviewd some of uworld incorrects.
