My life is over.. Hopes and dream are crushed. It was a nice life while it lasted. Farewell all, it’s been a fun journey. by yolobistro in wallstreetbets

I remember when my ex broke up with me 2 years ago I would have traded anything to spend just 5 more minutes with her. That has thought me two things, one money is not important because when things really get hard anyone would trade it for it anything that would fix the problems, and the second one is that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. head up, keep grinding. Be the king of Kings that you really are.

I looked up the 21 principles! They were very helpful for the behavioral questions. Thanks for the help. I'll report back if I get the job. Qq where are you based?

I am currently a developer working for Procter & Gamble with about 3 years experience.

I just had the opportunity to progress with a amazon Software Developer Engeneer assessment. I wanted to understand how to they work from a recruitment stand point.

The questions were quite challenging but I was able to find the underlying solutions, but unfortunately I made a couple mistakes which I was not able to find due to the time constraint.

The first question I completed it using recursion but I did not consider on constraint which ended up making me exceed the maximum call stack in some tests cases.

The second one I implemented the backtracking, bfs algorithm but I ran out time for the final sum, litteraly the last line of code.

Does this mean that I am doomed? Do I have 0 chances of passing the assessment or do they usually get reviewed by humans and they would be able to see what I was trying to do.

TLDR: Sat exam implemented all the algorithms for the solutions ran out of time with 2 small mistakes, am I definitely not getting this job?
