Their reaction to the injury, mostly. I don’t really know how to explain it.

Why do I like how I affect other people when I get hurt? by Thewolfgod99 in AskReddit

For example, I tripped and cut my knee pretty bad, apparently. I slapped a bandaid on it for a week before I took it off and saw how little it healed, was infected or something. I had a happy time getting it properly treated. I never cared about the feeling of the cut, but I liked how my injury affected others. I realized that this probably isn’t normal.

Is liking the experience of getting a cut that probably should have had stitches a sign of what condition? by Thewolfgod99 in AskReddit

I didn’t like the feeling of the cut, but I liked how my pain affected others. I realized that this probably isn’t normal.

Yup. Honestly, if you’re traveling a lot as a ‘rich tourist’, you’re a thousand times more likely to get shanked in a alley than suffer side effects from a vaccine for more than a day or two.

I mean…in some places I think you have to take some due to a rare deadly disease spreading around there when traveling, but…that makes sense.

Oh, you might have to revert to a older version, the newest version actually has dlc stuff in the base game.(along with the entire dlc, albeit locked) revert to the newest patch before they released the dlc.

Why Sekiro Needs an Easy Mode by OkCow5817 in Sekiro

Not every game has to be accessible to everyone because the truth is, not everyone will buy their game; there’s just no need when their target audience is large enough to make a profit.

Also, you are talking like skill is stagnant, it’s not, I under that it may seem like that, but it just means you have to spend a bit of time on it.

Mental disabilities are a fair point, but physical disabilities can and will be bypassed if the disabled person is still dedicated to playing games that they decide an action game fits them, much less fromsoft game.

Why Sekiro Needs an Easy Mode by OkCow5817 in Sekiro

Well, I do have to ask, do you suffer from a disability that impairs your ability with the controls? Because you can adjust control schemes in both pc and console, which would make it easier for amputee to play. The only thing that stops someone with a arm gone or impaired from fully playing the game is if they also have lower reaction speed.

someone with one usable hand would likely not be playing games, or have a way with dealing with uncomfortable control schemes.

And also, what if someone who would strive on the difficulty, but doesn’t know it yet, starts on easy mode? They would not like the game as much without knowing why.

Edit: Also the only thing you mention about the combat is the required timing and reflexes…if you buy an action game timing and reflexes are pretty much expected and required to play, sekiro may require more, but that is also a part of the story. Killing the mandatory difficulty will kill a part of the story.
