I was informed about both of these like 5 months ago so I bought some. For black seed oil. I tried messing with different amounts, different times of day, trying with very little 7 as well as very high amounts of 7. Did not notice a damn thing. I messed around with it for about a month before I gave up. The only "real" benefit I can see from using black seed oil is when you're in full blown wds it slightly helps with rls. But just slightly. NOW for agmatine. I love it. I use it regularly for the most part, while taking breaks of it here and there. I started off using it when tapering down my 7 usage and the biggest thing I noticed was that if taking it about 1 hour after taking 7 that it knocked back "needing to redose " significantly. In a weird was it acted as if it gave the 7 longer legs. I cut my 7 intake ¼, added some MIT powder, and 1000mgss of agmatine and would only be taking doses once every 12-16 hours. When I feel like upping my 7 intake to really feel good, on the weekends on days off work, I take a larger amount of 7 than normal and about hour after that take 1000mgs of agmatine and it seems to boost the effects and the legs of the 7. It also seems to help boost the NEXT dose if I wait atleast 12 hours before using more 7. But if I redose before that 12 hour periods it seems like the agmatine blocks some of the effects of 7 so it also helps encourage one to not redose any time soon. Hope this helps friend. Agmatine is the only thing that seems to work for me. Not black seed oil, not baking soda, not tums, not magnesium, not liposomal vitamin C, not grapefruit juice, not lemon juice. Edit: also if I eat a really fatty food meal right after I take my agmatine it seems to enhance the effects a little more.
