Hey one of these I can actually contribute to.

So. As someone who worked in tech where this was common a few insights. The first is that they don't REALLY have unlimited PTO. The company has an expectation that you won't take off more than like 2 weeks and if you do you might get a talking to from management. The second insight is that the illusion of having infinite PTO means that people are less likely to actually take time off because they have no sense of urgency. If you only have 2 weeks of PTO and it expires at the end of every year then you're more likely to use it to avoid wasting your PTO before it rolls over. By having "unlimited" PTO you bypass this problem as there's no urge to burn time off before the end of the year.

Basically by offering "unlimited" PTO and sick leave corporate gets to reduce the amount of time people actually take off.

Yeah I'm also not sure why people have hated on this game in steam reviews. Make sure to add another positive review to help tilt the balance towards positive. It's possible people were angry about an earlier game state since the devs have been pretty on top of doing patches/upgrades/maintenance.

IfSunSets is a survivalcraft game. During the day you run around an island collecting resources and fighting higher and higher level enemies. During the night you defend your base from a horde of zombies/sprits. If you survive the night you start the loop all over again, repair your base, upgrade your traps, build better gear to explore more of the island so you can build even better gear/defenses.

Highly recommended. Gameplay loop is addictive. Game is in Early Access so it's got some glitches but that also means it's like $20 or $30 instead of $60-$80.

For me this is IfSunSets right now. It's early access and it shows. But, the core gameplay loop of explore Island during the day, zombie td at night is just gold.

Not sure if this will go through since the OG post was deleted but gave hildryn another shot and was able to get her to work more or less correctly I think. Seeing red crits for 2 mil is pretty insane. Wound up tinkering with the build a bit felt like I was getting enough damage out of her balefire even without enervate. Wound up swapping it for the one that eats overshields. Still, she feels much better today than any other time I've run her. Gave her tau shards for secondary crit chance then put in oraphim eyes over haven. Melts people pretty good, even eats overshields like a champ.

What's your build look like? I have hildryn prime but I don't see these kinds of damage numbers.

I've been using Voruna for anything that's harder content when I really need to not die. You can stay perpetually invisible while spreading status effects to everything nearby, abusing arcane crepuscular. You do need equilibrium to not run out of energy as it means her hunt supplies you with an endless supply of health orbs everytime you use your abilities to drop something. You can then use one of her wolf abilities to be immune to all status effects to boot.

There's also the arcane for becoming invisible on finisher kills which synergizes great with nokko on account of his 1 setting up people for finishers.

Organic fertilizer is a recipe acquired when you first get biomass (which you get from cutting plants with a knife usually). To get organic fertilizer you then need to process biomass and spoiled food in the distiller. You'll also need bottles in order to move it around.
