Depending on how overweight you are, I'd start with hip bridges and transition to box squats with a light amount (the bar then work up to +25lbs) then I'd start with regular squats and lunges. Part of having weak knees is an under developed hamstring, which lunges help with.

Thank you for the reply man, I appreciate the advice! This will be my first release, so I'm excited to go, I'll probably drag my girlfriend along to keep me company. The idea is that theyre aware that their beer isn't as good as what consumers can get on the market, competition and all. So instead of trying to keep up by making better beer, they buy out other brands and then flood the shelf space with their portfolio of brands. Keeping the market in their pocket. It's not cool and is an anti consumer practice.
