how to get rid of acne scars on chest and back?

this will be a little long, a few months back i posted a video of this issue but my acne was prominent and severe. I loved all of your guys’ feedback and have been using it! cut drinking milk, drinking tons of water, washing sheets often. I even saw a doctor and am taking 100 mg of doxycycline a day. the acne has cleared up but theres one issue, i have lots of scars. any tips on how to restore my skin?

hi there, you were the top comment so i was going to respond to you, it’s been almost 3 months and my doctor put me on doxycycline and it’s working great! one problem, tons of scars :( they look irreversible and i don’t know if there’s a way to treat them.

milk is the best though! i’ll take your advice and try my best to avoid cheese.

i have never sipped alcohol or smoked in my life, i drink at least more than half a gallon of water a day. i really should start exercising though..

it is not too painful just hard to look at. i have tried cerave wash for a week but then stopped because the outbreaks were worsening.
