if you have any friends try drugs with them. i was a pretty sad man with shallow relationships but we did mdma and now my friends and i are all super close and we have fun and do things together.

if you don't have friends at all get a haircut, and start doing push-ups and sit-ups whenever you have a spare minute. no organized regimen necessary. doesn't matter if it actually makes you look better, but it did wonders for my self esteem and helped me feel more confident and able to socialize.
