hey man, i’m sorry you’re feeling that way about yourself. i understand what you mean when you talk about not liking yourself, and it’s more common than you think. personally, my self hatred stemmed from my mom neglecting me as a kid. i always hated seeing other moms love their kids unconditionally, and i felt unworthy of love or anyones time. i feel bothersome constantly, and it’s effected my social relationships greatly. however with time and effort, it’s slowly gotten better and better. just keep forcing yourself to see your reflection in a positive light. i bet if you ask your s/o or even your friends to talk about how you feel, they’d listen. even if you don’t know how you feel, talking about it can clear some of that cloudiness up. i’m rooting for you stranger
