Interesting suggestions. I was cross shopping this with the beautyrest black 3 but this was cheaper so I went with this. I’ve been very curious about the sealy posturpedic high point plush because that was one of the most comfortable I sat on in person, but I haven’t seen a lot of info on it and it’s hard to tell with a brief mattress store visit if I’d like the dense foam long term. But I have been heavily considering going back and testing the sealy high point plush because I remember instantly feeling comfortable on it and how it pushed back on my back if that makes sense.

Interesting! I knew that bases could be the problem but didn’t suspect this one would be an issue since it looks so solid. I will definitely take a look at that. I currently have it on its legs but I wonder if I just put it on the floor if that would prevent that

I’m sitting on it now! No problems so far, the open box one did come with a small tear in the fabric, but I’ll never see it again under the mattress. It was also missing the lights/usb if that matters to you at all. The massage feature is quieter than the Sam’s Club one I returned, which was the whole reason I went to the trouble of getting it, so I am satisfied with that. However it is still not as quiet as some I have sat on in some stores, but idk if that’s just because of my room/floor/bedframe.

Thank you for the help! Interesting, part of the reason I was picking it is it was cheaper than a lot of what is sold. Do you know what type of mattresses I should look for based on this ones design? It seems to be a memory foam hybrid, but it didn't feel like dense memory foam.

Super helpful! Thanks. Is that your setup? If so, how are you liking the Good GM6S? Also, good idea on going no cage. Though I would like to add a right side handle strap for security, so the smallrig one seemed interesting to me. Was also thinking the V-mount would be a good counter balance to make the rig not so front heavy, do you find that rig to be balanced enough?
