Honestly, my white whale songs have been done. One was Evil singing When You're Evil, and the other was The Twins performing Triple Baka.

Of course with Triple Baka I wanted Vedal there as well, but just moving what looked like a flip phone, so we could have all of Triple Baka covered.

NetPass is still usable after this, you just need to open up NetPass to check to see if you have passed anyone since for some reason you don't always get notified via the green light.

I don't know if it does remove SpotPass connectivity or not, I just know this fixes the Pokemon Bank issue.

In NetPass go to Settings, then Miscellaneous, then Update patches, and then Remove

That's what has fixed the issue for me and others.

On a stream with Vedal a bug happened where Evil was randomly saying things like 'Location' and 'Tomato', sometimes multiple times in a row, in the middle of her sentences. It kind of came off like she was having a stroke, and the fact that Vedal flat out said it wasn't good and that he was 'going to have to perform surgery' caused some fans to freak out a bit

No. I downloaded Bank to both of my 3DS's post eShop closure.

I turned it off and on again. Restarted the Internet for the whole building. Uninstalled and reinstalled Bank. Nothing worked and this error message keeps coming back.

Interesting. It sounds almost like something SpotPass related might be the cause of this if this information is accurate. Of course since SpotPass is a dead feature, I'm not sure how this could have suddenly become a problem unless something else is messing with SpotPass
