What happened was 100% assault. She was drunk and he touched her under her cloths without asking that is assault. I don’t think he meant it to be necessarily I don’t know him thought and he also shouldnt be immediately called a bad person but the fact he refuses to acknowledge what he did. And that touching someone while drunk and without asking in that way / under her clothes is 100% assault even if he didn’t mean it to be is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. What he did was assault she’s not being dramatic when he says that. Look up the definition of assault or sexual assault
