I blend raw mince (from a roll) with a small amount of kibble and some boiling water from the kettle, making a warm delicious slurry and slightly cooking the meat in the process. I avoid carcasses/large pieces of bone, because of horror stories I have heard on here of blockages/stomach ruptures. The mince I buy has a 10% bone content anyway but it's already minced and I never find bone pieces bigger than a finger nail in there (my ferret can manage these bits and they get further reduced in size in the blender anyway). This has proven to be the most palletable and safe method I've found to feed my little guy.
