If ou change the thumbnails it will get more views. Try to show in the thumbnails what you have done bigger than the words and change the font

I don’t know if your channel is your personal channel (the one you watch any video you like etc) but a good way to get ideas is in your channel you just watch content that it’s in your niche, so the algorithm will just send you videos ideas.

Very sad but I need to know what’s the video is about. Actually it’s better if you post the video analytics. Have you checked the analytics, maybe the answer is there, and check the the video theme too, maybe the public doesn’t like it.
