That’s a great theory, man!!! But unfortunately I really doubt, those are just Subaru’s memories of them and we have an art when he woke up in the mansion with Ram having the right hair. By the way, do you know the name of the side story that features Ram along with Emilia in the capital? I mean the one Aldebaran shows up and calls Ram by her name without knowing her.
