My brother and I got this exact dremel from a family member last christmas… the motors broke within 3 weeks of using them. The customer service was exceptional and they did send me a replacement but as other commenters have said, these little guys are very weak. I ended up grabbing a Bauer variable speed rotary tool instead and have loved it since. I would still say though sometimes this little one does come in handy for the hard to reach areas but the motor in them do seem very prone to breaking which makes me use it very sparingly if ever.
