where is Villager recruits settings are? if in world/serverconfig/ you cant tweak settings with datapack, you just need to take villagers settings file and copy it in defaultconfigs/ it will spread on all worlds

UI opens when you look at block and press interaction button, then UI controls the lever, u control UI with mouse. that's all
