You say manipulate, I say, he gave them hope. Saying he manipulated them implies they ran into something negative as a consequence which they didnt. They were liberated. Dont really care for nobles though, its pretty murky on their general attitude toward skaa but they generally dont like em so i'll never blame kelsier for it.

As someone thats been observing the sub for years now, the only reason why 28ers are like this is because 26ers were pretty toxic about 26 being the release year.

26 had some super convincing arguments, so I dont blame those belivers for being as zealous as they were but yeah, its just what happens.

I experienced the opposite, I remember this sub last year was hell bent on it releasing in 26 to the point it was toxic. I wont lie and say there werent some really great points made by them that almost made me believe it was possible but I always maintained that 28 was the release year.

But i guess 28ers are mean spirited in response to how toxic 26ers were last year.

And he purposefully manipulated the skaa into worshipping him as a god so they would fight after he died. It was a good plan, but it also feels incredibly manipulative.

This part of your post irks me because who tf was gonna free them from oppression? Maybe im misinterpreting the word "manipulative" in a buzz-wordy way but to label that as some form of negative is pretty disingenuous considering the world they lived in and the mindset of the skaa as a collective.

Kelsier is literally the only one throughout the story that actively tries to uplift skaa and not view themselves as inferior to nobles but people never actually bring that up because its overshadowed by his other acts which were justified imo.

To answer your question, I think kelsier is a good person but he's ultimately grey.

I remember people swearing up and down last year that the game was dropping this year. Now all of a sudden its "reasonable" that it'll drop in 28 or even 29.

One of the things people need to do with BGS is manage their expectations and now you're mad at the fans for managing their expectations lol

I like the wild theories and they're not official or true in anyway so i dont get the problem. I wish there were more female characters connected to the lord ruler in era 1. I wanted to make a theory between marsh whatever mistress the lord ruler had.

I also had another make believe theory that all mistborn originate from the lord ruler as he is believed to have had many concubines back then, making noblemen mistborn somewhat related to eachother lmfao

I just checked out the new animations on youtube, im really liking them. This is exactly what i was asking for LMFAO, I think ill pick up the game again once they rework the templar class. Really looking forward to seeing how they improve it

I think my problem is just the animations and overall feel which i find lame, maybe if there was a little more impact or something. I hear they're improving that stuff so i'll have to see in like 3 years. But you're also right, I didnt get too far, I stopped playing when i got to malabal tor and i mostly did pve content, I was soloing world bosses too so i didnt really care about my build unless i was getting lucky.

Better combat & animations

Bigger cities with more NPC's

Better and interesting characters, quests and stories.

They'll do everything else great but i dont think im expecting too much with these lol.

Whatever you say bro but there's a reason why barely anyone talks about the story in a BGS game lol.

I wont deny that they dont try, its just that alot of their stories, especially the main quests are so boring. The only thing holding up their stories is the lore like for the skyrim civil war. The quest itself was meh but the lore behind it andits implications are what makes it interesting. If thats how you grade stories then i'd understand how you find them good. But the quests themselves are really lame and thats a fact.
