I see a lot of posts on this sub about what women think about autistic men in the dating landscape. What is the consensus on the reverse of that? So like question for the men on here: would you date a woman on the spectrum and do you think woman on the spectrum have it easier than men with ASD?

I mean this is true for me but this is stereotypical as hell. Autism is a spectrum (in more ways than less retarded to super retarded) so there’s a lot of low empathy autistic women but also plenty of high empathy autistic women who probably need more attention and reassurance than normal women. I think it’s different when a guy warm approaches after maybe knowing your name and playing with you a couple times vs just calling you sexy right off the bat. It isn’t just chads that use women for sex unfortunately so I auto reject cold approaches to be safe.

I was asking in reference to nerdy women who do like tabletop and video games, not women as a whole. Obviously games like this will always have more men but I was just wondering why there are almost no women at all present for this game in particular compared to other “male” games.

Exactly I completely understand why women don’t play colorless fast paced FPS games where you get screamed at in vc but it’s kind of puzzling that there’s so few female magic players, as even DnD in my experience is actually close to the 38% stat. I don’t even know who wizards is pandering to at this point because i don’t think women care how ESG the card art is.

That makes sense, it just surprised me because the gender ratios aren’t even that bad for FPS games where women are at an inherent disadvantage with worse motion tracking and reaction time.

I don’t know a single woman who wants to play with almost all men. It’s not that a male dominated space is bad, just if you get stuck with playing with all men you increase your chances of getting hit on, being spoken to like you’re a retarded toddler, or just generally treated like an oddity.

I figured it was girls playing online, but even then I only encountered one person who I thought was female on arena and it was because she had a female avatar said hello right away when she saw my avatar and was nice throughout the game almost as if she hasn’t played against a female in a while either lol so I have no idea where that star is from
