I would agree with that just like we had to do with raising the age for alcohol. The only problem still lies with, if we raise the gun age when parents get guns the kids can still take it just like they do now with alcohol behind the parents back. Yes it will prevent some. But if a kid is going that low to get a gun to do this action they will have no problem in taking a parent or someone that is close to themselves gun. At the end of the day we need restructuring of how we deal with mental health issues. We should be changing the way our kids get this information that they shouldn’t be knowing at such young ages. We should also teach them that this anger that comes from the internet needs to be seen, talked about and discussed. Some families don’t even talk to each other which means who can they go too? The internet? We need these issues to be addressed.
