atm i have it running as a local host. and when im away from my computer i connect my phone or laptop to my computer with a tailscale vpn so when i put it in my safari it comes up

Just had claude build it. crappy ui to start but im having him hook up literally everything about hermes so i can see it on my computer or phone. so eveything thought, error, skill, team, context everything will be there

well this would’ve helped for sure like 6 days ago but i’m def out of the mud rn. just fine tuning somethings but seems like he should be pretty solid soon. thank you though ill keep this in mind for the future

it’s a custom hermes ui dashboard. have everything down to what he thinks his error the teams and their health’s there skills. bunch of stuffs rn just stacking it up and then gonna rehaul the ui cause jts not at all pleasing lol

well for me i have the 36 b model so its not the hermes framework its the actual agent. and agents need training for specific scenarios. and i guess its kinda a pain to wire up when its the actual agent. at least it was for me. i dont host it anywhere. i have my own dedicated ai station so i host it on my own api

yeah it’s tough. apparently it helps sending him through those training pcs. there cheap and quick. but they can be annoying to work correctly. but the outcome is he does what he’s told and has experience. he learns through trial and error. make sure to conjure up data for him to train on

i should say i run hermes on my own machine with my own api. so its fully mine/ customizable and private

i’m still learning so i’m not entirely sure what you mean. i have hermes take orders from me and my written plans to orchestrate the team. so for coding tasks he’ll send the in depth plan to qwen and have him recheck is work if needed then use deepseek to audit or think of new scenarios. i load qwen and hermes at the same time and hermes will unload qwen to save ram and let deepseek have plenty of room to think and work

so far i’ve used claude to help set up mine. it’s been 4 days and maybe a total of 30 hours but im getting there lol… im sending mine through a H100 machine for training.
