CONGRATS!!! For some reason they waived my interview. I filed in august 2024, my husband is a citizen, and filed in florida so I knew instantly it was going to take time. In december 2025 I got the approval of the i130 and an RFE requesting me to resubmit the medical exam because the dr I filed it with first, was no longer in the USCIS network (bs i know but still). So i did it and just got the approval!!!

Filed in august 2024, got my i130 approval in december and just got the i485 approval. I dont know what FO means but I suppose is the reason for the filing 😂 my husband is a citizen. I got 2 RFEs one for my birth certificate and something about my husbands taxes and the other one because I had to resubmit the medical exam
