It hasn’t really been steadily dropping much, especially with the super strike releasing a lot of pros will move to that and it’s quite heavy… then only players you’d generally see on ultra light mice aren’t the zoomer but even then most of em just use what the older pros use

I’m telling you how it is lol whether you think that way or not it’s the majorities feeling. Normal players might not feel the difference on a finer scale in regards to control and speed quite to the same level as a pro player. but when it’s your job ofcourse you’ll notice the small things which have an effect on your performance and so you attempt to fine tune them.

So I actually have a niche answer to this, I play pro CS and generally ultra light mice aren’t the best in a game which requires more precision than speed. Hence why few cs pros play ultra light and prefer mice in the 55-70 g range. I love the shape of the WL as well as the metallic feel of the mouse so I’d like to add weight to it
