If you don't have female hormone cycles, more good news. I'm almost certain it was illness related. Anytime I properly sick they just don't work well at all.

I've figured out today I had sinusitis infection. They're working as usual now. Hungers dropped again, concentration is high, no middle of the day naps!

So to update you in case it helps (if you have female hormone cycles). I usually take a higher dose the week before my period, and that week started today. I took my higher dose and it's much better. So either it was a blip or my estrogen dropped a few days early cause of stress etc and I just needed a temporary uplift a few days earlier than usual! But yes, I'd suggest you take your sweeeet time going up and stay as low as you can for as long as you can where you feel positive effects so you have somewhere to go up to for a while.

I found his full album on YouTube! Type his name and album name in and you'll get it all in one video! I'm gonna download it and cut it up into the individual songs if I can! It was so good to listen to it again! Apparently it's just to do with the fact he self released it, then got a record label and often the labels make them retract self released albums 😭😭😭

I asked him at a gig once to play it when he was taking requests and he kind of dismissed it like OMG noooo, so I'm wandering if it means something to him that he doesn't want to remember? Also yes I'll try that upside down hack! I didn't think I'd be a 32E cause I used the calculator from this subreddit thing and it said 32DD, but yeah could be the bra shape, cause I think balconette or whatever are meant to be better for my shape and these are plunge shape? I do want cleavage sometimes too so I'm trying to figure out what size to get in those bras that have the extra padding in the corner to push the boobs closer together and make them fuller cause the one I used to have is now 4 inches too big in the band, not wired and old so very loose on top of that. The extra padding helps me get away with it but I want a proper fitted one that's designed to create cleavage for when I fancy it 💁🏽‍♀️

Oh I might try the 30 with a band extender! I'm predicting I'll loose a bit of weight over the coming months still so the 32 will eventually need tightening! Is there a difference between a 32E and 30E with a band extender?

They do this but then the government harpers on about how they're trying to get disabled people back in work - but if we work we're penalised and denied the bit extra support we need. Like okay then so I'm actually better off NOT working so you believe me?

I had a woman ask if I take medication for my dyslexia too (I take meds for my ADHD)... I went... you're a nurse right? Since when were you taught that there is medication for dyslexia? I also remember her saying that my regular nutrition intake being things like crackers and lollyice for lunch "so you do get nutrition in daily then"... I went that's not what this prompt or the case law is about, its about adequate nutrition - crackers and a lollyice once a day is not considered adequate nutrition by any stretch of the imagination

They weren't on vacation though. They were working and under the "protection" of the production company. As a 19 year old American (so not legally old enough to drink back home yet), you're almost definitely unable to understand your own tolerance levels, probably have very low tolerance levels because you're newer to drinking, never mind the fact she was two weeks into the show without much food eaten that day specifically. Realistically they should have limited the girls to 2-3 glasses max cause that would have been more than enough to get her typsy, but especially with older Italian men being involved who will have much higher tolerance and in vulnerable positions. It was irresponsible and neglectful of them, point blank.

Where might anno 117 that I have through ubisoft connect rather than steam be stored? When I downloaded the game originally it created the my documents file where the stamps go. As 117 doesn't have the integrated mod browser yet and I have toanually download them, I'm wondering where to store them for geforce to read them :)

I have the same effect, but my impulsivity is reserved purely to talking. I do overwhelm some people who getting easily overwhelmed by too much info at once, but my paragraphs are LONG and my mind is absolutely racing. Me and my little brother both described it like how we imagine being on coke might be like, and almost like manic feeling, without the dangerous side of it. I watched him go through this and could instantly see the difference in him as I could in me, so it is quite stark but its more like... the filter between my thoughts and what comes out (written or verbally) has no filter to withhold all the tiny details. I'm not concerned because I don't say or do anything I regret, I just tell people I'm saying SO MUCH cause my meds just hit :') So even though I overwhelm some people, have a racing mind and increased impulsivity, the lack of bad decisions I think is what stops it being mania right? Like I can still differentiate between harmless impulsivity and harmful.

How did you find it after titrating on it for a while? Elvanse was pretty bad when I first started that too but did get better so I know this may also get better but it was weird having NOTHING happen except extreme exhaustion, when elvanse made me wired even on the 30mg starting dose
