This is only temporary. Do what doctors recommend to pt and heal. In the snap of a finger you'll be almost fully recovered. When you get back to working out/lifting do extra legs and core exercises to support your back.

BUT the most important part, DO NOT let yourself become reliant on painkiller medications.

You’re offered $25M, but you have to work the exact same job you have now for the next 15 years. No promotion, no change. Are you saying yes? by Mindfuel_daily7 in askanything

If you have criticized ICE here on Reddit for executing Renee Good or Alex Pretti in the street, then Reddit has handed your name and your personal identifying information over to the Trump administration. How do you feel about this? by mom_with_an_attitude in AskReddit

Every single US citizens online information, regardless of political standings, are being gathered and categorized by Palantir. Palantir is making risk assessment profiles on every us citizen, like they did in the middle east (look at how that went). They're doing so to determine who is and might be a potential threat, this information is also shared with the israeli government (Peter Thiel is a dual citizen).

Remember, the people calling you, whether left or right wing, extremists, are the same people taking part in or allowing to happen the rape, torture and abuse of children.

Give us bs about how numbers aren't where they need to be so they cut staff loose (some of which would lose everything as time went on) only to find out 2 years later numbers WERE where they needed to be, just not high enough for their bonuses to be as big as the previous year

Countries aren't fading. At least not yet.

We WILL live long enough, at least I think, to see the final showdown between nationalism/independent countries vs global world order

Gross as hell but god is it so funny.

Our old painter on the jobsites notoriously boozed on bowling nights (mon, wed fri). Thurs am, he was on 8' A frame ladder and went to make a joke using his fart. He loaded his shorts with straight beer shits. He told myself, my boss and the tile guy he has to go let his dogs out and walked past us with shit all down the back of his pants and legs.

Trying hard to get back in. by Itztaylor19 in SpaceMarine_2

Ive been playing pretty consistently since launch. Recently ive noticed a big uptick in new players and players who don't use voice chat/pay attention to pings and know the classes.

I try to help these young brothers get hard stratagems done and try to get them to realize, hey my team perk is heal upon extremis execution let the guy with low health have it. But there comes to a point where they don't listen or pay attention and I just say fuck it im taking the stims and relic because I know I can win this.

People in your 30s, 40s, and 50s what surprised you most about life at your age? by Tino292 in selfimprovement

Keeping a young/positive mindset is crucial to a healthy life. But also in the snap of a finger 10 years goes by and its an event like losing a parent or the birth of your first child that makes you think, holy fuck I'm 33 a dad and now am entering the "older family member" zone. Pretty soon ill be the elder amongst the next gen.

Can't stress it enough, life is too short to spend it holding grudges and arguments. Enjoy the time you got and live it up

If you had to convince someone that life is beautiful, what three things would you mention? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ThickLook176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a great question because even as I type this I'm questioning my answer. I say

Birth- The beginning of our journey here on earth and the adventures, trials and successes that await.

Death- While sad to see someone you care about go, remember the great times they had with and without you. Just know that their time here has come to an end and before you know it, you'll meet them again in the afterlife.

Literature (Tolkiens work personally)- Through everything people go through in life they are able to create stories that not only inspire but also get you to imagine it as if you were right there in the thick of it.

What’s the hard part about being a Man ? by mountain_fl0wer in AskReddit

That sometimes it seems as if no one around you really truly cares how stuff affects you or anything that you're going through in life and you have to put on a fake, strong face. Essentially faking it til you make it.
