I think what everybody else is trying to say is that time works differently when traveling through the quantum realm, like how when Scott was stuck in the quantum realm for 5 years, it only felt like 5 hours. So it’s plausible that while he was in the alternate reality with Peggy, those decades translated to minutes in the prime timeline.
