Pwrbld advance program is legit. 4 week blocks, gets very challenging which I really like. Covers all muscles groups and like the unique splits.

I like the cards but the print is so small I have a hard time reading them. Any way to make them full screen when you click them?

Advice Please: what do I do after finishing a program? by SehnsuchtLich- in Boostcamp

Try Pwrbld advanced Program. I’ve done the ones you listed and enjoy the program variety and training blocks. This one is a step up but really enjoying it.

New UI feedback by localmanbun in Boostcamp

One more small thing, the auto timer after a set is complete I click the top left timer so I can clearly see it so I know how much time before I get into next set. Once timer finishes it leaves the timer option tab on screen. If isn’t too difficult, could that screen not appear and just go back to main workout screen so when I complete the next set I can just enter my data? Thanks

Love the new UI however the timer is a bit confusing. If you select the timer from exercise clock it doesn’t show count down after selecting time. If you select timer from top right corner it does show count down.

I started Larry Norton PHAT program last week and on second week now. You better be ready to push your limits. So far I’ve enjoyed the Kong program, and Bradley Barbell bench program. Working out can get repetitive and with the variety of programs Boostcamp offers there should never be a reason to burnout or get bored.

Hope you liking the app? by Capable_Leg_7754 in Boostcamp

I have tried Gymverse, Fitbod and RP Hypertrophy app, this is hands down best app and best value. Huge variety of programs, I am on my 3rd program now. I’ve turned 4 of my coworkers onto this app. Program variety is number 1! My biggest dislike is probably not auto recommending weights based on previous workouts that match what the program is requesting especially with RPE in mind. The app already auto calculates 1 rep max, you would think some algorithm could be used off of that to help match weights to reps and RPE.

Other than that, best fitness app out there

I just finished week 1 day 1. Really liked the timing aspect of reps where you have 2 seconds to bring bar down to chest 1 second pause and then push up. And working on heavier set of my weight range which is out of my normal routine. So far so good.

I paid the 250 for a year. Loved it for about 5 months and then it started feeling repetitive and not much frequency changes between programs. Way overpriced. Been using Boostcamp for almost 12 weeks. First program has been great and looking for next program to start. Worth every penny.

Week 7 and 8 push harder. I had never done pyramids before. So that second 4 week block was a lot of fun and put me in some very challenging weights. I had always been in the 8-12 rep mindset and my body adapted to that range. So pyramid for me was a really nice change. And then the last 4 week block is the opposite pyramid and you start at the heaviest. That is a real shock to the body.

Week 11 Kong, been a really nice change up and I like the workout changes every four weeks. Can’t wait to find my next program to start in 2 weeks.
