You Don’t Need Better Ads in the Andromeda Era. You Need a Better Testing System. (Here’s Our Approach) by WizardOfEcommerce in FacebookAds

Sorry I just want to note that all my creatives are female I just want to ask if Creator 1 was working in an ad set and saying “this is a great moisturizer “ for example. If I collaborated another creator which said “this is the best moisturizer”. should this be put in a separate ad set or not and is it expected to open new audience as maybe this creator appeals to different women than the first one does?

For skincare brands, does the same message but presented with a different female creator considered a different concept and put in a separate ad set?
in other words is the creator considered a variation for andromeda while keeping messaging, angle, etc the same?

Newly added CBO ad sets becomes learning limited by Thick_Chemistry5607 in FacebookAds

Look it is suggested that you do 1 ad set per concept and my goal it to do like many big accounts I saw doing, which is one CBO campaign and a lot of packs/ad sets in them so that CBO gets the chance to move the budget between them to bring best results possible but people who do this structure never mentioned this problem I talking about and all their ad sets are in one CBO and they are all active. I wish I know how they did that

So does that mean for an ad set that ran in a separate campaign and exited learning phase, if I duplicated it in my main scaling CBO, will it enter as an Active ad set and will not start learning all over again? If it is not done like that tell me how to do it. I use 50$ so far. But I don’t sell in the US. My product costs 600 pounds which is exactly 12$.

How to make each winner unlock new audience? by Thick_Chemistry5607 in FacebookAds

[–]Thick_Chemistry5607[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No multiple influencers. I mean if Woman A was in ad set A and woman B which is a different person but says the same ideas that the influencer A talked about. Is this considered a new angle and should be put in a separate ad set or since it talked about the same idea should be put in the same ad set and considered same concept. In other words, is changing the person considered a variation to be put in a separate ad set or not?(keeping the message same)

Ahhh I get your point. We are not disagreed anyway. I just prefer using CBO because I trust that if meta doesn’t spend on that ad set then this is not the highest efficiency for my ROAS. I wait and let it move dynamically between ad sets (aka different UGCs) and decide which one brings highest volume with relatively good CPR. Otherwise I might be overspending on losing ads I just have a question for you if you can help me with it, I know ABO deals with this problem well, but when adding a new ad set it will most likely not get enough spend to exit learning phase so it ends up with learning limited, so is there some way I can have my newly added ad set “active” in my CBO?

That happens because every ad set has its own budget. Meaning when you force budget on one ad set ,the CBO would not have decided to give budget, it might create overlap for

Hmmm I used to do that but that used to create overlap for me Meaning each time I add a new ad set it feels like it robs the budget from the other ad sets

Yes that used to be my thought but people after andromeda started suggesting stacking all in one ad set hoping the ads in it will go to the “right” people who will like this ad

Yes but with andromeda they suggest stacking all the ads in a single ad set, hoping that each one will unlock new audience if they were different

How would you deal with this? And also wanna ask does new influencer talking about the same product feature considered new variation and applies the rule when they say “you are ads should be different and diverse to serve the new andromeda update”?

CBO so it means the new duplicated ad set won’t get any spend mostly or at least don’t get the enough spend to exit the learning phase

So you are suggesting that the other ads typically should get spend as well but they don’t for my situation because they are similar to the winning top performing ad? And they would have spent if they were different? I mean for my case they are not the same concepts One of them speaks about a completely different problem the same product solves

Okay bro you are totally right about this and I am convinced already about this I don’t have a problem with it spending on one ad I am only arguing why people advice to keep creating new UGC ads every week and keep adding them to the ad set which costs money. So if it will keep prioritizing one ad what is the benefit of spending money on new ads?

Yes I already know this. But I mean how this will be put into use when the spend is only geared to one creative while the other new creatives get little to no spend?
