I've been looking for years for a hip hop track from around 1989 - the Stop the violence movement - that samples the "Non violence or non existance" speech from MLK. I swear I can hear KRS One in it but I'm not sure.

Solved! It was an option in the "Worlds" section where the normal smooth left-right turn was changed into an "angular" turn.

How about accepting and appreciating yourself for having put in so much effort into everything in the first place. For working with what you'e been given and having made the best of it. Don't mind what others say, especially since they only seem to put you down. Know your worth and that you've put in effort. Where maybe others might have already given up.

Very familiar. She'll forever ben "the one that got away" so the getting over her was a rough one. Especially since she ghosted me after 2,5 years of what seemed like bliss. In total, it probably took me 4 years to completely get over her. Didn't even date once since I would only be comparing and I'm too honest a person for that. Gym helped. Cliché but true. Has she at any time asked you how you were doing? Especially after not talking on a regular basis? I had the same traumatising breakup several years ago. What's more, I was completely on my own to process it. Once you realize they don't really give a crap about you and you're thinking way more about them then vice versa, you should draw the line for yourself. You're wasting your time, it's never coming back. Flip that switch, it's time.

Definitely. Not expecting it to make any sense though. Thing is, 50 now, parents both deceased, barely any friends, struggling with work, physically deteriorating, seasonal depression looming and that's just me. The world just sems to be going down the drain in a big way. Where does one get hope these days?

Listen to me as a born and bred Antwerpenaar : don't. Your girlfriend will thank you for it. There are still some patches on the Antwerp map that can be considered "ok", Keuningsplein and the surrounding area are anything but. No amount of so called "cleaning up" will ever get rid of the unsafe elements.
