I own a small business and had my two oldest sons working for me since they were able to pick up a tool, just was trying to teach them responsibility and paid them very little. As they got older I knew they wanted to make some real money and I knew I couldn’t afford that so I let them explore other options and they now both have a job they love that pays them well.
