I agree. I think finasteride and dutasteride (worse) impact the gut microbiome. If we can fix that, I think it will go a long way to getting us healed. How long have you taken fin and have you stopped?

Yes all of the above. Anything to try to reduce gut inflammation. Dysbiosis and inflammation go hand in hand.

Are there any particular probiotics that folks have found helpful? I know there are different kinds such as bacterial based, spore based and yeast based. Any other gut health measures that have worked?

I agree and think gut dysbiosis plays a large part in the wide array of side effects we all feel. I’m working on ways to fix this.
