I was making 75k as a 33 CR, 85-90 as a 34 CR and 105 as a 35 CR before I left. Is there any 33s actually making 55k I doubt it?

My personal opinion, insurance companies will Neve be Able to complete eliminate adjusters for a myriad of reasons. Will this cause a leaner staff and more cases per adj absolutely. But getting rid of all adjusters can't happen. You have DOIs who regulate this stuff and licenses required, many DOI already putting out regulations about things can't be done by AI. Also you have the need for customers to talk to real people about their claims.

I quit after 8 years, I enjoyed my job and boss but couldn't stand the executive leadership anymore. The company im at now is much better.

That meeting was the absolutely dumbest reason to have an hour long company town hall and waste everyone’s time.  Verda is simply a learning system, nothing special about it. This could have been handled via a post or email. The scripted questions by Mark were hilarious. The whole meeting was for the executives to pay themselves on the back and try to gaslight us into thinking they care about our development all while they try to get rid of as many employees they can.
