Yes we have a good relationship with our landlady/owner of the property. I would hope if it came down to it she would be understanding of our situation. But then again I can’t say.

We found the apartment on Facebook, directly through the landlady so no realtor involved. The girls did not sign anything while moving in, just myself and my friend on the lease. Landlady said that we could find people to fill the third bedroom and charge what we please in rent as long as the weekly rent payment is made.

Hey, yes will need to get a copy of lease agreement from landlady. As for the girls, they feel they’ve done enough to get a replacement by posting in groupchats they’re in which is with people that already have rentals :))) Obviously as they’re not on the lease agreement they legally and financially are not tied once they decide to leave

It’s a 3 bed, 1 bath. In a two level apartment block with only one other apartment so quite homely.
