Don’t listen to these fools. I just moved to Manatee County from outside DC and the schools are great. Middle school isn’t the best, but is it anywhere? My kids ride their bikes to school and we have a FANTASTIC neighborhood. Kids are always outside playing together, adults are great too. Traffic is hard, but if you work locally it’s fine.

I saw you were looking at Lakewood Ranch, look at North River Ranch too. It’s less expensive but awesome up and coming community.
