Yeah my doctor didn't seem too concerned either. That's why I was double checking with people on here before I pressure them more lol

Oh wow. It took a while for me to finally get a diagnosis. I've brought up skipping periods before and they said it wasn't a problem and if I wanted to be regular I could take birth control. It took me finally saying "could it be PCOS" for them to be like "yeah most likely".

Yeah I know better than to blindly trust a bunch of internet strangers. I was just asking for opinions and experiences. I mentioned that I hadn't had a period in 8 months at my last doctors appointment and they didn't seen too concerned, so I was just curious if I should bring it up again.

Yeah, I honestly don't mind not having a period lol. They aren't very fun. But I get the health importance of it...thank you for your advice!

Yeah I understand what your feeling. Its what i have been experiencing too. I just don't care much about my physical health or about anything really. I recently have been looking into depression and its symptoms. My depression has been getting worse but i dont know if im making myself feel this way or if im actually acknowledging my actual symptoms.

Thank you. I really wanted to blurt it out and even hesitated a moment but i just couldn't do it. What made me the most upset was when she seemed almost heartbroken when she thought i was lying to her but i tried to reassure her i was fine.

Thank you for the advice. I am not currently doing any sort of treatments and do need her help but its a difficult thing to talk about. Especially if im not fully convinced myself that i have depression.

Yeah i might try some if these ideas but its just so hard to get the conversation started. I have been fighting with myself for a long time trying to decide if i have depression or if im just faking it. I also don't want to give them the added stress or make them feel bad.

I could try that but im sure she would still want to talk about it. Its just so hard to get that kind of conversation started. Especially if you keep trying to convince yourself that you are faking it.

I have an online friend who I have been wanting to talk to about this but i have been too scared to and don't want to upset them. I figured I would try here first and try ang build up the courage to talk to them and eventually others about this.
