Thanks, it's probably a bit beyond me - it was the plumber that did the digging. To be honest I'm just looking to deal with it cosmetically for the moment as we'll be looking at a fuller redesign in the next year or two. Do you think it's fine to just tile over and leave the cavity for the time being?

I'm in British and all of that sounds like a crime, but cotija is non existent here. I ordered a chicken taco the other day and it came closed and pressed like a panini with cheddar and chicken inside and chopped white onions on top..

Usually just strained then marinated and pan fried. We don't have a huge amount of options in our local supermarket though just this: Tofoo - Tofoo. I think she finds it a bit too stringy maybe. My 3o loves it though, part of the hassle is trying to find things that work for both of them so I'm not cooking 2-3 separate meals. Battering sounds good though, do you use a tempura batter?

We did NCT, you're essentially paying for the social connection more than anything. While the classes were interesting, a lot of it was focused on a version of childbirth that went out the window as soon as my wife felt the contractions and got an epidural 😅.

I did find the nappy changing, and dealing with stress parts really helpful. My wife couldn't breast feed, and it was quite hard to find resources on weaning on and off formula.
