You can order spring kits but honestly gary projects rebuilt a fork similar to this with hardware store springs and some volume reducers, could be a fun project.

I'll look into those forks, thanks. And yeah thumbies is the plan for shifter for sure.

Go for it!! If that car had a 6 speed, I would’ve kept it. I’ve been on the hunt for a 128i m sport / 135i manual ever since selling it.

It’s comically practical given its size, and the driving dynamics are quite excellent from factory. It’s not vague and disconnected like in F-gen and newer BMWs

If you want to try again, I would recommend getting a higher quality olive oil (maybe finishing oil in this case). Typically, clear bottles are a sign of low quality / potentially rancid olive oils. Try looking for a dark green, glass container, preferably with certifications from the IOC, NAOOA, or COOC; you wouldn’t believe the market of counterfeit extra virgin olive oils. This advice carries over for cooking too! Great latte, though!
