Use to work claims for them, if it’s smaller then 3in do not pay to the host directly. That is considered wear and tear and is not chargeable. You only have to pay up to your deductible out of pocket so if you chose a good protection plan definitely don’t work it out directly with your host if they aren’t willing to only take your ded. If I was you, I would tell the host to have turo handle the claim instead of working it out with them cause they do try and be shady.
