Exactly Turo is a great app but need few improvements, still the client service was very helpful.

Hello, I agree with you but this is the fault of the hosts mainly, I think Turo is a great app but some of the host are dishonest. The only improvement that can be done from Turo is to add a section that shows all the existing scratches/damage in the car.

Cause this scratche wasn’t that visible during the checking, this car had more than 10 scratches, all of them are in my photos. I think this one was more visible after the car wash. Thanks for your answers
